1. Democratic School Exchanges

We welcome students, teachers, and school leaders to join us. Groups of up to age of 99 and quantity of 99 can dive into our daily school life, share the challenges and experiences of self-directed education, and explore how each democratic school is unique — because it is democratic! We also encourage visits to the picturesque places of Eastern Slovakia. We invite you to spend 1–3 weeks with our school.

2. Conferences & Trainings

Looking for a venue for your workshop or training? You can organize conferences or professional training at our school, with access to our venue and full organizational support

3. Grant Cooperation

Partner with us on international grants in self-directed education, democratic schooling, wellbeing, inclusion, policy making, sustainable economy, and teacher development.

4. Research & Innovation

We invite governments and universities to partner with us on scaling democratic schools, research in pedagogy and psychology, and methodological programs for higher education within the context of democratic schools. This also includes support for student thesis, research papers and academic projects in self-directed education.

5. Volunteering & Internships

Join us for short-term or long-term volunteering. Contribute to school life, projects, and community activities while gaining real-world experience and discovering the culture and landscapes of Eastern Europe.

6. NGO Support Hub

We can provide comprehensive support for your expansion to Eastern Slovakia and Europe, including accommodation, catering, transportation, IT and organizational support, as well as access to local suppliers, partner organizations, and target groups.

7. Democratic School Franchising & Know-How Sharing

We support partners in establishing new democratic schools by sharing our organizational structure, governance models, operational processes, and practical know-how. This includes consultations with policy makers, adapting models and procedures for local legislation, mentoring, documentation, training, and long-term cooperation.
